A Little Bit About Our Good Doctor!

Dr. Kenneth J. Golden
Doctor of chiropractic medicine and medical acupuncturist

Ken is originally from northern Wisconsin where his parents and 2 siblings and their families still reside. He is married to Betsy whom he met during undergraduate studies in LaCrosse, Wi. They were married in 2000 and have two sons; Charlie, who is almost 3 years old and Oliver, who is 8 months old:)

Dr. G graduated at the top of his class from NUHS (National University of Health Sciences) earning his doctorate in chiropractic medicine degree in 2004. NUHS is located just outside Chicago. He's earned 2 bachelor of science degrees; one in human biology and another in psychology from the University of Wisconsin Parkside in Kenosha, WI.

The Golden family is very active in their church, both participating in respective men's and women's groups. Ken also participates in the music ministry by playing electric bass.

The Golden family is physically active as well! Dr. Golden tries to practice what he preaches to his patients. That is regular physical activity and a moderate diet of healthy food... only the occasional Twinkie!;)

Ken developed his unique clinical philosophy by careful observation of cause and effect, basic physics and a lot of clinical-trials on himself and family members! "it's only fair that I have felt and know exactly what my patients are feeling with my treatments"

Dr Golden is known for being a little bit of a character during patient visits. Although he likes to bring humor into his clinic he also focuses a great deal of "serious" energy on patient interaction and personal attention.
